Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Floniks (“Floniks”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use our website and AI-powered creative services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and authentication details (managed through Firebase Authentication). You may optionally provide a display name and avatar.
  • Content you provide. Prompts, uploaded images, and other inputs you submit to generate images, videos, or workflows, as well as the outputs the Service produces for you.
  • Usage data. Logs about how you interact with the Service, including task history, feature usage, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Payment information. If you purchase a subscription or credits, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we retain billing status and transaction identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and generate the content you request.
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions, and to process payments.
  • To improve and develop new features, and to monitor performance, reliability, and abuse.
  • To communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Service, including Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), and Stripe (payments).
  • AI model providers that process your prompts and inputs to generate outputs. Inputs are transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your requests.
  • Authorities or third parties where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
